Leading DSPP since the management buyout in 2000, Mark has grown the company from 18 staff and a single OEM approval to a 45-person operation with 34 manufacturer certifications. His philosophy is simple: do what we know best, as best as we can. Under his leadership, DSPP became the first Toyota Approved body repair shop in KZN.

The heart of DSPP. Three dedicated workshop managers oversee the entire production line from stripping to final assembly, ensuring every vehicle moves through efficiently.
Our paint department uses the computerized Universe color matching system and Standox products. Every spray painter is trained on the latest OEM techniques for flawless, dust-free finishes.
Three qualified estimators assess damage using OEM guidelines, while our customer service team keeps clients informed via our SMS tracking system and manages courtesy car allocation.
