Our Apprenticeship & Learnership Program
DSPP is committed to building the next generation of automotive artisans. We don't just fill positions — we create careers. Our in-house apprenticeship program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear career path for young people from previously disadvantaged communities.
Every apprentice is paired with a senior technician and trained on the latest OEM techniques and equipment. We currently have active apprentices in both Panelbeating and Spraypainting.
